Good luck! :D

And remember, yoga is probably going to be weird and difficult and painful in odd ways when you start!

Making me want to pick up on my tai chi again though. Nothing like doing forms on a mountain in the early morning sun (before it gets too cold ;)).

I promise you that if we can ever afford to replace the bedding set in this room that I'll do my best not to buy a blue and white floral pattern. Holy cow do we ever have a lot of that in this house!

Well... not "the rest of my life" necessarily, but certainly for some time to come. ;)

Thanks for the link. Now I need to figure out why my post isn't showing trackbacks (it's showing that there is one but no link back to you, which is just plain rude!). Web-stuff, I hateses it!

Do it. Or look into Tai Chi -- when I had shoulder surgery and couldn't do much conventional stuff I finally got into it (been wanting to for years) and it's HUGE fun. Well, I thought so. ;) Also happens to be extremely good for you mentally and physically.

Depending on your neck and back issues though it *may* not be an option, though I'd be surprised. If you can consider yoga you can consider at least some of the Tai Chi styles -- it's not exactly known for flinging you about (quite the contrary). The difficulty, as with yoga, is finding an instructor you trust and get on with and whose take on the art you empathise with/respect.
